The cooking is primarily in its wood fired cauldron or in a hand built earthen oven. In addition to pizza, it offers organic salads and desserts. Every Tuesday evening is Benefit Night, for such causes as Habitat for Humanity and more. On Thusday nights it offers live, local groups playing music as you dine.
