Center Spirit Shoppe
The Center Spirit Shoppe has been providing alcoholic beverages to the Collinsville area for over forty years. Located in a historic 1830s Collins Company house, the current incarnation of the business stocks over 4,000 different items, including beer, wine and liquor. The shop also features over 200 specialty beers, including microbrews Leinenkugel and Farmington River as well as local beers like Hooker. The owner hosts free wine tastings on Saturdays from noon - 7pm.
