Still Time to Be a Warrior

With fall fast-approaching, there’s still time to sign your child up to be a part of the Avon/Burlington/Canton/Harwinton Warriors travel football team. The team is split into four classifications of children based on age and size. Trained and certified coaches at every level will teach your child to play the game the right way and the safe way. Your child will also get the experience of traveling to nearby towns to play other teams, something that gives them a sense of team pride and enthusiasm. The league still has positions open in the “A” team classification for teens ages 13 & 14 (as of Dec. 31st, 2013), and the “D” team classification for children ages 7 & 8 (as of Dec. 31st, 2013).
