Trail Yoga with Laura Thomas

Combine yoga and hiking outdoors for a unique experience!

Begin with poses to warm body, walk briskly along the trail, enjoy an invigorating practice on the banks of the river and finish with relaxation.

Pre-registration required. A minimum of 5 participants is needed for this workshop.

In case of inclement weather, this session will be rescheduled to the same time on the next day. Any weather related schedule changes will be emailed to pre-registered students.
