This is unlike any yoga experience you will ever have. Get in touch with your body and nature in this 1 1/2 hour class. To start, you'll paddle up-river under the guidance of you certified stand up paddle instructor.  Then, you'll float gentle back down the river as you progress through a sequence of yoga postures designed to center, challenge, strengthen and relax your mind and body while surrounded by the beauty and energy of Mother Nature.   Yoga on a stand up paddle board goes together like happiness and sunshine. Doing yoga on the paddle board simply enhances your yoga workout. The board on the water requires enough extra balance to invigorate your yoga practice while the gentle rocking of the water only improves the experience.

Each session includes the following:

*  1 1/2 hours of paddle board and yoga instruction

*  a bonus 1-hour of free time on the SUP board before 6:00pm classes and before or after 1:00pm classes

*  stand-up paddle board and paddle

*  personal flotation device (required)

*  3mm, farmer john or jane (no sleeves, full leg wet suit (available if needed)

These 12 sessions will be taught by YCC teachers Laura Thomas, Lara Ward, Leslie Gordon and Shawn Cole.

Dates are available throughout July!
