Girlyoga for Teens & Tweens

21st century young women live with a unique set of stresses and concerns.  In these specially-created 90 minute workshops, we will unwind together while exploring skills and techniques to address and meet girls’ needs including yoga postures, healthy eating, journaling, meditation, massage, relaxation, aromatherapy, and deep breathing.

All sessions on Fridays, 7:00-8:30 pm
