Free Yoga Class - Finding the Jewel Within

Within each of us is the beautiful essence of all. As we practice our yoga, this light of unity glows brilliantly. Our physical practice will include time to experience and empower this light.

Join Lotus Gardens founder & director, Lara Ward, as we shine on a summer day together in breath, posture and silence. This class is open to those seriously interested in deepening their overall experience of yoga by taking 200-hour teacher training scheduled to start in September 2011.

Proceeds from this class are for the benefit of Grace Rocks Foundation, a non-profit organization helping families of children afflicted with brain tumors.
