Connecticut Trails Day Family event

On Sunday, June 3, the "Student Initiative to Reintroduce the Community to Nature", a student organization run out of Avon High School, will be hosting an event at Roaring Brook Nature Center , located at 70 Gracey Road, in Canton, CT. There will be guided, educational hikes for children and their families, as well as activities and educational stations. This is a part of Connecticut Trails Day, and is a great opprotunity to go outside and experience the beautiful trails that the Nature Center has to offer. It is very important that the community goes outside and enjoys the raw beauty of nature. The hikes should be fun and perfect for young minds curious about the world around them and the beauty of nature. Please come, and spend a few hours between 10 am and 3 pm on Sunday June 3rd at the Roaring Brook Nature Center - you wont regret it!
