Canton High Senior Plans to Bring Golf Skills to St. Francis College

Nikki Liucci dubbed 'best thing that's ever happened to golf at Canton High School.'

She’s made a splash in the golf program at Canton High School and now Nikki Liucci has signed a letter of intent to play for St. Francis College in New York.

As she prepared to sign the letter Wednesday night, coach John Manners said he knew Liucci was special ever since she golfed a 45 at Tower Ridge in her first match as a freshman.

Last year, she became the first all-state golfer in Canton’s program, now in its fifth year. She’s also been all-conference throughout high school and received many other accolades.
