When did your business get started? 
I began Baby Boot Camp in August 2012. I was looking for a career that would allow me to share my passion with helping women get healthy and be able to spend time home with my son. Baby Boot Camp's stroller fitness program was the perfect answer.

Why did you choose the town you chose to start your business in?
I choose Canton for its beautiful setting (we work out outside in the summer) and for the wonderful moms in the area. A quick search of the area reveled that there were no challenging fitness programs for women that did not require them to also arrange and pay for child care for their little ones. Canton offers a central location for moms of the Farmington Valley to come together for fitness, fun and friendship.

What is your business best known for?    
We offer a comprehensive fitness program at a fraction of the cost of other programs out there. We allow moms the chance to workout with their little ones with them and to meet other moms that they my not have otherwise. Baby Boot Camp is a fitness program, mothers groups and playgroup all in one.

What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?   
We are a great learning experience for your baby. We don't spend each class simply counting reps. Incorporating the little ones in class through songs, such as ABC's, and had movements, stimulates their minds and keeps them engaged. Baby Boot Camp is fitness for you, fun for your child.
