Youth Basketball Participants Show Support for Varsity Team

Despite loss, player tunnels, posters and cheers part of festivities.

While the Canton High School Girls Varsity Basketball team lost 39-51 to Housatonic Regional Thursday night, girls from the Canton Youth Athletic Basketball program provided a strong show of support during an appreciation night. The younger girls provided a human tunnel at the beginning of the game, made signs, cheered for the team and played games on the court during halftime.
