Parents Invited to Thursday Night Program on Bullying, Cyberbullying

Session will now take place in Canton Middle School cafeteria.

Parents can still register for the Thursday night program on bullying and cyberbullying.

On Nov. 1 from 6 to 8:30 p.m., the Canton School District presents “Bullying, Cyberbullying and Name-calling: What children wish their parents knew!”

Marji Lipshez- Shapiro, the Anti Defemation League’s Director of Education, and ADL Facilitator Joan Edwards, will explain how every child is involved in bullying, by sharing the four key roles that people play in instances of bullying, and discuss prevention and intervention strategies for parents.
