Cobb School Invites Prospective Parents to Last Open House of the School Year on April 25 at 9am

The Cobb School, Montessori in Simsbury welcomes prospective parents to an open house on Wednesday, April 25 at 9:00am.

Cobb educates children 15 months through 12 years in mixed-aged classrooms designed to foster the social, emotional and intellectual growth of each child.

At the open house prospective parents will discover how the Montessori philosophy celebrates the individual's interests while teaching the importance of cooperation and compassion.  Guests will learn how children at The Cobb School find their unique place in their classroom communities as they learn responsibility, independence and a sense of self.   Parents will have an opportunity to tour the school, observe in one or more of the classrooms and have their questions answered.

The Cobb School is proud to announce additions to its programs for September 2012, including an all-day toddler class for 15 month through 3 years; a Parent/Infant Community with classes on infant development; a second Upper Elementary class serving 4th, 5th and 6th graders; and a brand new science lab.
