PAUL SMITHS, N.Y. (readMedia) — David Kucia of Canton has been named to the dean's list at Paul Smith's College for the spring 2012 semester. Kucia, who majors in natural resources management and policy, earned a semester average of 3.3 or higher to receive this distinction.
