For the 10th year, the Canton High School Music Department presented its Concert in the Park Tuesday night.
Residents packed the park to see the High School bands, ensembles and combos.
Music Department Chairman Tom Scavone said it’s great to partner with the Parks and Recreation Department for the concert and for the Seniors Prom, which takes place Thursday, June 9 at the Canton Community Center.

"These are wonderful experiences for the students and audiences alike,” Scavone said.
Tuesday’s concert also kicked off the Park and Recreation Department’s summer music series. The next show will be the DownRight Music Band July 7 at 6:30 p.m.
