The Town of Canton will hold a Special Town Meeting Wednesday, April 11 at 7 p.m. in the Canton Public Library & Community Center, 40 Dyer Avenue, Canton, Connecticut, to consider and take action on the following questions:
"Shall the Town of Canton adopt an ordinance entitled “An Ordinance Establishing a Permanent Energy Committee” which creates a seven member advisory agency to promote clean power options, encourage the development of renewable energy and make recommendations for energy conservation?"
