The town of Canton has decided to give children who missed out on trick or treating a chance to celebrate Halloween.
After talking about options, town officials decided to plan a Halloween Party at Mills Pond Park Thursday, Nov. 10 from 4 to 8 p.m.
“We think the party will give the kids a chance to dress up and celebrate the holiday in a safer environment,” Parks and Recreation Department Director Brian Wilson said. “Getting the community together for a big bash should prove to be quite a time and Parks and Recreation is looking forward to hosting the event.”
