Possession/use of fireworks among the charges.

Justin Christopher Blasko, 37, of Boca Raton, Fl was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with emergency calls and assault on a victim over 60 at 9:40 a.m. Sept. 16, 2011.

Connor Cipolla, 27, of 78 East Pearl St., Torrington was charged with possession of fireworks at 10:31 a.m. on Sept. 19, 2011

Christopher Hopkins, 26, of 14 East Mountain Road, was charged with sale/use/possession of fireworks at 8 a.m. on Sept. 16, 2011.

Philip Hunt, 31, of 65 High St., was charged with operating under the influence, no insurance and disorderly conduct/no fight/no threat at 7:15 a.m. on Sept. 3, 2011.

Thomas C. Johnson, 33, of 362 South Main St., Torrington, was charged with use and possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance or less than four ounces of marijuana at 4:09 p.m. on Sept. 21, 2011.

Tomeka Martin, 35, of 38 Greenwood Ave., Bloomfield was charged with issuing a bad check at 3:45 p.m. on Sept. 19, 2011. 

Alejandrina Pacual-tejeda, 28, of 330 Highland Ave., Apt. 14, Torrington was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 12:09 p.m. on Sept. 13, 2011.

Lisa Poirier, 45, of 12 Cheryl Drive, Farmington was charged with misuse of plate, no insurance, operating with license suspended or revoked and failure to obey stop sign at 10:44 a.m. on Sept. 17, 2011. 

David J. Hipler, 37, of 415 Krueger Dr., Apt. A, Southbury was charged third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree larceny at 10 a.m. on Sept. 28, 2011.

William Dale Horlacher, 46, of 648 Whalley Ave., New Haven, was charged with third-degree larceny and issuing a bad check at 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 28.
