One Charged with DWI, Another Illegal Use of Credit Card

Richard L. Greenland, 63, of 5 West Cotton Road, Portland was charged Jan. 30 at 1:34 a.m. with operating while under the influence and failure to obey stop sign. 

Tiffany M. Haggin, of 73 Mansfield St., Apt. 3, Hartford, was charged at 5 p.m. Feb. 1 with three counts of second-degree failure to appear. 

Diamona J. Randolph, of 84 Cabot St., Hartford, was charged at 5 p.m. Feb 1 with failure to return license or registration, operating with registration and/or license suspended or revoked and second-degree failure to appear. 

Marcell White, 40, of 121 Cleveland Abe., Hartford, was charged at 9 p.m. Feb. 3 with illegal use of a credit card, third-degree identity theft and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. 

Ottos Rodas, 37, of 98 Old Canton Road, was charged at 2:35 a.m. Feb. 4 with disorderly conduct, no fight/no threat.
