Three people were transported to the hospital after a two-car crash on Route 44 Monday morning, police said.
At approximately 11:22 a.m. one car rear-ended another in the west bound lane of the road near the Gateway Office Park. The car in front was waiting to turn left, police said.
The three people in the cars at the time, both drivers and one passenger, were transported but the injuries did not appear incapacitating, police said. One driver will be found at fault but no charges had been filed as of early afternoon, police said.
Both cars were towed. At the scene were officers from the Canton Police Department and members of the town of Canton Volunteer Fire and EMS Department, including firefighters, fire police and ambulance personnel.
