Crews Respond to Electrical Wire Problems After Storm

While Canton has fared Wednesday’s weather much better than towns to its north, especially in Massachusetts, crews responded to a few problems with trees and wires around 8:30 p.m. 

Radio reports indicated some downed wires on Elizabeth Road, near Secret Lake Road as well as a tree leaning on some wires on Indian Hill Road. 

Members of the Town of Canton Volunteer Fire and EMS Department responded to the scenes and called Connecticut Light and Power for assistance as well.
