Canton Police Log: April 1 - April 14, 2011

Charges include burglary, use of drug paraphernalia.

David M. Corey, 26, of 652 East Wakefield Boulevard, Winsted, was charged at 9 a.m. April 3 with traveling unreasonably fast, evading responsibility with a motor vehicle and failure to keep right on a curve or hill. 

Shayla Deroode, 18, of 27 Horseshoe Circle, Barkhamsted was charged at 6:05 p.m. on April 2 with use and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Anthony Pezzenti, 20, of 31 Marshall Road, Manchester, was charged at 6:05 p.m. April 2 with use and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thomas E. Kudla, 28, of 15 Harris Road, Avon was charged at 1:18 p.m. April 3 with use and possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance or less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

Dawn Santiago, 50, of 3 Dyer Cemetery Road, Canton was charged at 7:15 p.m. April 5 with disorderly conduct, no fight/no threat.

Anthony Buccheri, 27, of 50 East Hill Road, unit 3P, was charged at 1 p.m. April 14 with third-degree burglary, manufacture or possession of burglar’s tools and criminal attempt to commit burglary. See story here

Kelly A. Charpentier, 19, of 139 Greystone Ave., Bristol was charged at 1:50 a.m. with interfering with an officer. 

John Ingellis, 19, of 103 Hull St., Bristol, was charged at 1:50 a.m. April 10 with interfering with an officer. 

Three juveniles are going through the juvenile review board after charges relating to graffiti at several locations in town, including Bowdoin Field , the former IGA building, Millennium Field and the Mills Pond Recreation Area. The three were not identified due to their age and will go through the process, which provides an alternative to the criminal justice system. The incidents took place at the end of March, police said.
