Canton Police Investigating Erickson Drive Burglary

Officers investigating leads, seeking ‘vehicle of interest’

Canton police are investigating the burglary of a home on Erickson Drive.

Capt. Lawrence Terra said police were notified of a suspected burglary at 11:30 a.m. Friday. Police are still assessing what was taken from the home and investigating other circumstances surrounding the incident.

"We have quite a few leads we're working on," Terra said.

Police are asking the public to be on the look out for a "vehicle of interest," described as an older 2-door grey Acura with custom rims and possibly a Massachusetts plate. Anyone who sees a vehicle matching that description is asked to call police at (860) 693-0221.

Police said they also want to remind people to keep their doors and vehicles locked and report any suspicious activity.
