While it's been a mild winter, the Spring fever affecting some of us — er some of you — kicked into overdrive Monday as temperatures reached the 70s.
Monday, numerous people were out on the Farmington River Trail, the playgrounds, their backyards and elsewhere as the temperatures warmed up.
