Humphrey: Factual Information About Bonding Question

By Lowell F. Humphrey

I am writing to provide factual information in my capacity as a private citizen. My purpose is not to advocate for, or against, any proposed project via this letter.

Voters are asking what the long-term ramifications of their voting no on this question would be and I would point them to information that is part of the public record.
