Obituary: Dorothy T. (Dubrowski) Turbiak, 85, of Canton

Dorothy T. (Dubrowski) Turbiak, 85, of Canton, wife of the late Walter M. Turbiak, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2014.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Hyjek) Dubrowski, she lived in New Jersey before retiring to Vero Beach, Fla., in 1997, where she was an active member of Holy Name Church. She leaves her son Thomas Turbiak and his wife LuAnn of Canton; five grandchildren Catherine and Christina Blake; Paul and Daniel Turbiak, Rachel Hill and husband Joshua; and two brothers: Roman Dubrowski of Vero Beach, Fla. and Jerome Dubrowski of Woodcliff Lake, N.J.

Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her daughter Mary Ann Blake, a brother William, and sister Mary Trelewicz.

A Memorial Service will take place in August at Valley Community Baptist Church, 590 West Avon Road, Avon. A reception will follow the service.
