“Kaleidos is the emerging world music duo of brilliant Taiwanese multi-percussionist Sayun Chang, and the simmering Puerto Rican classical guitarist Yovianna García. They present a unique and exciting guitar/percussion/vocal repertoire that consists of a mix of diverse musical cultures and styles – just like the performers themselves."
The Winter Music Series continues at the Canton Public Library on Sunday, March 17 at 2:00 PM with their “world music” genre performance featuring live guitar, percussion and vocals. The group has performed at “Guitar Under the Stars” at Riverfront Plaza in Hartford, at the Connecticut Historical Society, and in Central Park in New York. The performance is free, although registration is requested.
