Get an extra shimmy in your step this year! The journey of Belly dance is a powerful, transformative practice. When you discover new ways to move your body it brings greater acceptance, sensuality, and freedom to your spirit.

This series is open to people of all ages and abilities but it is geared toward the beginner. Come prepared to dance barefoot and have a beautiful spirit-mind-body experience. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move. Showing your belly is not required (but is celebrated!) No previous dance experience needed.
