Standing Strong Against Osteoporosis: A YCC Workshop with Michelle Pouliot, ND and Ann Gorjanc, PA/RYT-200

Osteoporosis is a silent condition that affects 200 million worldwide. 50% of all woman and 25% of all men over the age of 50 are affected.  It’s never too late or too early to take care of our bones. Our skeleton is living tissue that is constantly remodeling. Taking an active role in specific nutrition and exercise can improve bone health at any age.  
In this workshop, you'll learn about diet, supplements, and yoga sequences that promote bone vitality, prevent joint injuries, and increase your range of motion and balance. Workshop will include 30 minutes of gentle yoga. 
All levels are welcome. No yoga experience is needed and participation is optional.


A minimum of 10 pre-registrants is required to run this seminar.
