Where: Envision Strength Fitness 15 Cheryl Drive Canton, CT (Across from Fred Astaire Dance Studio and behind the Jump Zone)
Time: 7am to 12noon
What:
1.) Massage therapist Joanne DiRusso will be giving table massages every 15 minutes (Call/ Email to reserve your 15 minute slot OR Just drop in!).
2.) Fitness coach Jason Karson will be conducting a cutting edge evaluation to help you identify ways you can maximize fat loss and decrease your risk of injury. All participants will receive a detailed report and customized exercise program. (Call/ Email to reserve your 15 minute slot OR Just drop in!).
3.) Pampered Chef Consultant Carla Grimm will provide a healthy breakfast.
4.) Expert Yoga teacher Elizabeth Gait will be running gentle Yoga classes at 9:00am and 10:30am.
