Hospice Discussion at Canton Library

Canton Senior and Social Services, the Canton Library and The Farmington Valley VNA are offering a Hospice Discussion.  Learn the philosophy behind the care, how Hospice services are paid for and how they benefit both the patient and the family.  Who should attend?  Any individual with a family member who is dealing with a progressive and debilitating disease such as Alzheimer’s, heart and lung disease, ALS or a cancer diagnosis.  Gather some facts for your short or long term planning in the care of your family member.

Audience: Mainly for caregivers, but anyone can come. 
There will be hand-outs.
