By request, this 3-hour GirlYoga retreat will build upon the popular series exploring skills and techniques to address and meet the girls' needs including the following:
- yoga postures
- deep breathing
- healthy eating
We will spend the afternoon enjoying additional activities that may include creating a take-home craft, a light snack, walking along the river, hanging out , relaxing…and more!
A minimum of five, pre-registered students are necessary to hold this event. A confirmation email will be sent the morning of the event to our pre-registered students.
