Have you ever wondered what does vinyasa flow yoga mean? or been unsure if a vinyasa flow class is right for you? Is the breathwork confusing? When to inhale when to exhale? Does it seem challenging to flow thru plank into up dog and down dog?
In this workshop, you'll learn and practice all these including the ujayyi breath to better understand its usefulness in your practice. You'll also learn the most common three sun salutations and break each of them down posture by posture in alignment and optional modification to scale them back or intensify them. You'll align yourself in cobra, upward facing dog, chaturanga and downward facing dog. It will be clear after this class of all the ways you can flow at your own tempo and gain the most from these meditation in movement classes.
Preregistration is recommended. A minimum of 5 preregistered students is necessary to run this class.
