About David Leff:

David

Leff is a 40-year resident of Collinsville.  A former Deputy Commissioner of the State

Department of Environmental Protection, he has since gained a reputation as an author

of several books as well as three

volumes of poetry.  He is a member of the Collinsville

Historic District Commission and served 20 years as its chairman and is an honorary

director of the Canton
