Tax Office to Open Saturday, Has Late Hours Wednesday
Aug. 1 last day to pay without penalty.
To accommodate those who still need to pay their summer installment of real estate and/or motor vehicle taxes, the tax office at town hall will open from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, July 28.
In addition the office, like all of town hall, is open from 8:15 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. on Wednesdays, including Aug. 1, the last day to pay without penalty.
Taxes are due July 1 but residents are given a grace period of one month.

Tax collector Lisa Theroux also said residents who have not received a bill for a car they own should contact the office at (860) 693-7843.
