The Town of Canton has been notified that the CT Department of Transportation's Department of Bridge Safety and Evaluation will inspect Town Bridge on Aug. 8, 9 and 10. As part of the inspection, Town Bridge Road will be closed to traffic on Wednesday, Aug. 8, during the hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Canton Police Department has been notified in order to provide traffic control.
