Tomorrow, July 10 is the the Red Cross Blood Drive, at the Canton Community Center from 1:30 to 6:30 p.m. It is sponsored by our Canton Chamber of Commerce.
Connecticut is badly in need of blood. Donation appointments are all full, but the Red Cross relies on walk-ins as well to meet their quota. So, please consider stopping by to donate blood, and enjoy the refreshments provided compliments of some of the Chamber businesses.
Everyone who donates will receive a coupon for a carton of Friendly's Ice Cream, redeemable at Friendly's.
For those of you that will be donating refreshments, you may deliver them to the Community Center, between 1 and 1:30 p.m. Anyone interested in donating baked goods can contact Marge at (860) 693-2012 or harmontravel@comcast.net.
