On Saturday Jan. 7 at 7 p.m., Roaring Brook Nature Center will present a “Full Moon Hike” through the trails of Werner’s Woods. Look for tracks and listen for the calls of the great horned owl. Staff astronomers from the Gengras Planetarium at The Children’s Museum will be on hand with their telescopes for some winter stargazing. After a brisk walk along the trails, there will be hot cider and cookies for all in the Center auditorium. This program is not geared for very young children and participants should dress for cold evening temperatures.  Pre-registration is required as space is limited.
