Collinsville Artists Prepare for Tonight’s Parade

Saturday morning and afternoon, members of the Collinsville Artists Initiative were busy preparing for the 19th Annual Collinsville Halloween parade. 

Volunteers hung ghosts, worked on props, set up "Voodoo Island" and other areas and worked on other parade features much of the day. In addition, members of the public came to the Halloween Pumpkin Fest to carve jack-o-lanterns that will be featured in the parade.
