"With all the torrential rain yesterday, I thought meadow road would be a great place to do a fun self portrait. I got up early and made a newspaper sailor hat and put on a dress my mother made when she was in her 20's. I grabbed my favorite rubber boots and trudged through the icy waters ... wouldn't you know they sprung a leak. I love the town I live in; it's just gorgeous. I hope we continue to preserve our open space."
