A Spooky Halloween Treat

Drizzle, fog and court lights add a little atmosphere to town's Halloween Party.

The Canton Parks and Recreation Department sponsored a Halloween Party Thursday night to give kids who missed trick-or-treating due to the October snowstorm a chance to celebrate the holiday.

The party featured a candy bucket, the town of Canton Volunteer Fire and EMS Department's Ladder 2, refreshments, dancing, music by Fire Captain Steve LaPointe, owner of S.L. Audio, performances by Farmington Dance and a scheduled guest appearance by John Squier, also known as Boosilini of Collinsville Halloween Parade fame.
