Help Wanted. Want to take an adventurous ride helping seniors and the handicapped?

I, Victoria Snow Arel, as Cherry Brook Memories, as well as my husband Larry Arel have made a new year’s resolution to give back to our wonderful community.  We decided that the best way to do this is by supporting the Town of Canton, Department of Social and Senior Services by starting a fundraiser for a new Dial-a-Ride Van.

The 100,000-mile Dial-a-Ride 2006 Ford Van has many interior and exterior repairs needed.  After a two-year membership increase (2011/2012), this past year’s membership (2013) has decrease due to complaints such as decrease in comfort level and availability of van.

Assistance is needed, volunteers of all ages.  No experience required.  Are you detail orientated?  A go-getter?  Not afraid of a challenge?  Can you think outside the box?  Want to take a ride with us on an adventure that will surely be a memory you will never forget?  Please contact us at 860.970.6256 or Cbmemories241@Gmail.com
