Thank you for attending our Garden Club Spring Luncheon and Plant Sale!

The Cherry Brook Garden Club luncheon in conjunction with our annual plant sale is our main fund raising events and the proceeds support the numerous community projects. Thanks to all who participated because both events were a great success this year! We couldn’t do what we do without your support!

So what does the Cherry Brook Garden Club do for the town of Canton with the funds they raise?

-Design, installation and maintenance of the Canton Library and Community Center gardens
-Installation of the Roaring Brook Nature Center butterfly garden and Parritt wildflower trail
-Installation of the Cherry Brook Primary School and Canton Intermediate School court yard gardens. -Design and renovate and maintain the Canton Green gazebo foundation plantings and flower boxes.
-Donated and installed the cobalt blue glass finial on the Canton Green gazebo.
-Decorate the Canton Green gazebo for Christmas holiday season. -Installation of the Peace Pole Garden
-Planting daffodil bulbs around town properties including the Canton section of rails to trails.
-Creation and donation of holiday wreaths for Canton’s public buildings and holiday floral baskets for Canton senior citizens
- Award annual scholarships to deserving Canton High School senior planning to study a career related to natural resources.
- Facilitate and finance 3 raised beds that are accessible to all at Canton Community Gardens.
