Planning and Planting a Herb Garden

Nancy Moore speaks to the Cherry Brook Garden Club on January 14, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., Canton Community Center regarding "Planning and Planting the Culinary Herb Garden".  Nancy Moore, a former high school English teacher, is currently the owner of Moorefield Herb Farm in Trumbull, Ct.  A Master Gardener, and Market Master of the Trumbull Farmers' Market, she has been a speaker for over 35 years.  In addition to discussing the issues of planning and planting the herb garden, she will include information regarding harvesting and preserving the herbs as well.  She will also discuss using herbs as companion plantings with vegetables.
