Cussons Appointed Sales Manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Simsbury & Granby Offices

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., is pleased to announce that Canton resident Chuck Cusson has been appointed sales manager of the company’s Simsbury and Granby offices. Cusson will be responsible for the oversight of approximately 42 sales professionals serving Simsbury, Granby, East Granby, Canton, Farmington and the surrounding communities in Greater Hartford.

Prior to his new role, Cusson served as the director of education and career development for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage where he was responsible for leading the training efforts and developing educational courses and workshops for all of the company’s offices and sales associates throughout Connecticut and Westchester County.

A Realtor since 2002, Cusson joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in August 2008 as a sales associate in the Avon office. He quickly became a top-producing agent, receiving multiple awards for his sales achievements. He was also instrumental in developing and implementing in-office training for both new and experienced agents.

Cusson’s real estate experience started at a young age while working at his family’s real estate development company in Glastonbury.  After graduating from Glastonbury High School in 1993, Cusson earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of Connecticut in 1997.

During the six years prior to his career in real estate, Cusson was a director with The Worx Group, a Connecticut-based marketing agency. This experience helped him expand his Internet and cross-media marketing skills, which serve him well in today’s technology-based real estate world.  Cusson served as the company's director of graphic design prior to his move to real estate.
