No-Frills Training Offered at S.P.D. Factory in Canton

As you walk in to S.P.D. Factory Strength and Conditioning, there's no mistaking its purpose. In a painted and well padded but no frills industrial space, an array of specialized equipment and weights fill the area on one side of the room. On the other, there's plenty of space to move.

Clients come to this new Canton business to work toward their fitness goals — whether it's to lose weight, build muscle, work through injury, improve their sports game or a myriad of other possibilities.

"You know you're here to train and do nothing else," owner Rob English said. "Everyone that walks in gets that wow factor."

On June 10 English opened the business at 146 C Powder Mill Road.

S.P.D. (For squats, press and deadlift) Factory offers two programs.
