If you are a business owner or manager and want to manage your free business listing, click on your business name and look for instructions on how to "claim" your listing.

Voting in the poll below is open until 5 p.m. Thursday. We will announce the winner on Saturday morning, along with next week's "Best of Patch" category. Thanks for your participation!

Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results, comments and reviews on Patch Places. Please vote only once per survey, per Patch.

As co-owner of CrossFit Legitimus, I'm beyond words for the great responses we have seen on these posts. It really shows the commitment to health in the Farmington Valley. At CFL we encourage a healthier lifestyle through nutrition and exercise. As seen in the posts above you may realize it has changed people lives forever and they get a little defensive. Whether you go to TEF, CFL, Big Sky, Zuma, etc.. you should be proud of making a step in the right direction. Our children and our families are all looking at us. It is our job to pass on our knowledge within the community. CFL has a business model that works for each and every one of our clients. If you have a found the right fit that works for you we encourage you to pursue your vision of a healthier lifestyle. If you are looking for a home all we can ever ask is to give us a try. Tyler English fitness is the best place to work out in the state. I travel from North Branford to get there, and it is worth every mile. I pass by probably 100 or more gyms along the way, and I would not switch for time, money, or convenience. It is results that matter and I get them from Tyler and his staff. Their focus is on providing a safe, yet challenging program that can be individualized for any client concern. I have never found daily torture so enjoyable and rewarding! :-) They kick our butts and we thank them and come back the next day for more. Get better!
