Friday night hosted riders taking part in the Tim Johnson’s Ride on Washington to raise money for the Bikes Belong Foundation.
Johnson and the others started in the 500-mile ride in Boston Friday morning and will journey to Washington, D.C. Last year, the race raised $25,000 and this year the goal is $100,000.
Participants enjoyed refreshments, talked to other cycling enthusiasts and learned a little about the ride and Bikes Belong. Donations and raffles benefitted the non-profit as well.
