Benidorm hosts cyclists riding from Boston to D.C. for Bikes Belong

Friday night  hosted riders taking part in the Tim Johnson’s Ride on Washington to raise money for the Bikes Belong Foundation

Johnson and the others started in the 500-mile ride in Boston Friday morning and will journey to Washington, D.C. Last year, the race raised $25,000 and this year the goal is $100,000.

Participants enjoyed refreshments, talked to other cycling enthusiasts and learned a little about the ride and Bikes Belong. Donations and raffles benefitted the non-profit as well.
