Have you heard about MyPlate?  The Connecticut Diabetic Association is teaming up with the Connecticut Department of Agriculture to connect Registered Dietitians to local farmer's markets to spread the word.  Come see ShopRite of Canton's Registered Dietitian, Angie, and learn how you can improve your health with MyPlate and support local farmers right at your ShopRite of Canton.  This experience is free and all are welcome.
