CrossFit training “combines weightlifting, sprinting and gymnastics.”

Brian Smith and Mark Izzo live in Canton and have been involved in CrossFit for almost two years. The two friends work together and Brian turned Mark onto Crossfit when Brian came across CrossFit while working in Watertown. Brain and Mark both meet Jen through CrossFit when she began coaching the two men.

From there a friendship started and the three eventually formed a partnership and decided to open the Canton studio.

CrossFit Legitimus is located on 130 Dowd Ave. in Canton.
